Off Road Express

Popped in here to check out some motorcycle helmets as I needed one that fit better. I missed the gentleman's name I spoke to (sorry about that sir) but he was very kind and knowledgeable. Helped me find a helmet that fit correctly to maximize the protection for me without causing me a headache. Was very patient too as I was trying to check out some riding jackets. I purchased my new helmet and I would like to go back to buy a riding jacket at some point. Seems like a very pleasant place to check out.

I called in because I wanted some information on getting a 4-wheeler to snowplow this coming winter. Hope did a great job explaining the different options. We considered a side by side, a four wheeler, and went through different options of each. I settled on a 2026 Can-am Outlander 700 XT. I actually scheduled something with her, but when I arrived I got a text that something else got moved up in my schedule. She was very accomodating and rescheduled for a couple days later with me. I went in on Saturday and test road the wheeler, decided it is what I wanted, went through the negotiations, purchased, and while strapping it onto the trailer, placed the key for the wheeler on my tonneau cover, which is where it stayed until I drove off. Somewhere between Offroad Express and my house this key is having an adventure. I text hope letting her know I will need a new key made more than likely. She spent her own time driving up and down Peach Street at night, looking for my key. Although she didn't find it, her commitment to the customer was apparent. On Monday she called me and let me know she couldn't find it, but was able to help me out getting a couple new keys (I wanted a standby after this). The team at Offroad Express do an amazing job of making you feel welcome. They respond quickly, welcome you at the door (their hostess always has a smile on her face and is quick to find the right person for you), and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone on this team.

Worked with Hope to make a purchase on a beginner bike for my fiance. Everything done was over the phone for me besides her going to sit on bikes to find what was comfortable. Start to finish the help was constant, consistent and prioritized. Even not being in person the sale happened as smooth as can be as if I was!

Amazing sales people! Went in looking for a bike about a year ago, and the people were very kind and answered whatever questions I had, even though at the time I wasn’t fully ready to make a purchase. Fast forward to now when I was finally ready to purchase, Xane sat and talked through the entire process with me. Every single question I had, he answered. Any problem I encountered, he did his best to help me and find a solution, even beyond just the bike and the sale. Whatever he could possibly do, he did. I went in probably 5 or 6 times just to ask questions and talk to him about it because this is my very first bike and I really didn’t have much knowledge going into it. He was so patient and helpful, even if the questions I had seemed silly or small. There was no judgement at all, which is something I truly appreciated as a beginner getting into a hobby so intimidating. When I ran into issues with my family not supporting me in getting a motorcycle, Xane took the time out of his day to sit with my parents and talk to them about my safety and to help put their mind more at ease. It felt like he truly cared. After 3 years of wishing, I finally brought home my dream bike and I couldn’t be happier. They genuinely made the process so easy and were so patient with me when that indecisiveness and anxiety really kicked in. I genuinely recommend going here, especially if you are brand new to riding because they helped me so much just by answering all of the little questions I had about everything. I know I could go there at any time and get whatever help I needed. Just genuinely a good experience.
