We were do for service and Tyler H was who waited on us. Wow. What an exceptional young man. Very caring, helped me get my insurance documents, as I forgot them (as always ha! ), and just overall, pleasant experience for getting an inspection. They were quick, too. So thanks Tyler, I sure hope you're there for next year's.

Tyler in the service department was so helpful, informed and courteous. He helped us through a couple issues with our Rogue during a very stressful time of life. His expertise helped so much. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I are very pleased with our used car purchase through Interstate Nissan. Our sales guy, John Knight, was very informative and timely while helping us with questions and concerns throughout the whole buying process. John and other members of the sales team never made us feel uncomfortable while negotiating and were also very reasonable working with our requests. We recommend checking out what they have to offer if you are on the search for a new/used vechile.

Was told maintenance was covered under warranty turns out it was not. Was charged $147 for diagnostic fee. Good business would be to inform customer of charges prior. Cannot recommend them for this reason. Just get maintenance done with your local mom and pop shop and save money and time. The rodents chewing the wires were not to my knowledge and your employees stated to me multiple times it was covered under warranty. It is unfair and not good business practice regardless to charge a diagnostic fee unbeknownst to me. Regardless of what the issue was it is unjust to charge a fee after assuring its covered for a diagnostic fee. If I was not told it was covered under warranty I would have went somewhere else. Using an OBD2 reader and looking at a wire is not worth $147 in labor. That is completely unreasonable. You are the only place I have went that lacks the morals to waive fees for something simple. I will not remove this review as this is not good business practice. Any other shop I've been too they would not mislead me to make money. I cannot trust this business at all. I also was not provided appointment details about my window tint which your employees ripped so you wasted my gas, money and most importantly my time. I hope no one has the same experience. Everyone should buy their own OBD2 reader which you can get off amazon fairly cheap around $30 and diagnose what you can on your own to prevent businesses from taking your hard earned money. There was zero labor involved in my diagnostic. There are more reputable shops in the general area that charge less and many that don't even charge a diagnostic fee because they have morals. This business clearly does not have morals in a rural area with many struggling to even afford food. All you had to do was honor what you said and not charge me a diagnostic fee. I have wasted 3 trips trying to fix my window tint also and everytime ran into an issue and no reimbursement for your screw ups. You do not hold yourselves accountable. This review will remain. Anyone who reads this I hope you check with a friend, loved one, local mechanics and other reputable people to diagnose your vehicle. Guarantee they will not mislead you and charge a fee without telling you prior.
