5 stars isn't enough. From the moment we walked in, I was operating on pure chaos, caffeine, and delusion. I had already decided I was leaving with a Bronco before anyone even spoke to me. Financing? Numbers? Practical considerations? Details. Minor details. The Bronco was coming home. Kyle somehow managed to handle all of it like an absolute professional. The random tangents, the mechanic talk that went in one ear and out the other because I was busy mentally naming my new vehicle, the inappropriate jokes, the side quests, the "but what if..." questions, and the complete certainty that this Bronco was already mine. At no point did he look concerned. Honestly, that's impressive. The entire team was fantastic. The guys in Finance were amazing and somehow made paperwork feel painless. Nobody was pushy, nobody made us feel rushed, and everyone just rolled with our nonsense while getting everything done. I've purchased vehicles before, but I've never had this much fun doing it. What could have been stressful ended up being a genuinely enjoyable experience filled with laughter, sarcasm, and me repeatedly reminding everyone that I was, in fact, taking the Bronco home. Kyle, thank you for embracing the chaos and helping make it happen. If you can survive me and my shrieks (I did warn you!), you can survive anybody. 10/10. Bronco acquired. Chaos contained.
