Great dealership! Stopped in to check out some deals I saw on their website, specifically one that didn't have pictures yet (recently acquired). Brayden told me he would have it detailed right away so I could test drive it tomorrow. I had already been to 9 other dealerships and HAD planned on going to about 10 more in the area because I am meticulous, but the Manager, Ryan, made me an offer that I couldn't pass up. Between the vehicle's mileage, condition, and price, I knew this was the best deal I was going to get. Drove the Mazda off the lot same day. New inspection, previous owners/accident report information, good tires, newly detailed. I had a couple minor concerns: a small spot of rust that I didn't want to spread, and a partially faulty driver's seat power switch -- they offered to fix both issues. Very happy customer here! Yeah no, my father recently bought a new car from this place. Their friendliness is deceiving. We will never be buying from a place like this again . They told us there’s nothing wrong with the car. 2-5 days later the shakes when you drive it . Theres a weird cracking noice every time we turn the wheel of the car . Plus there’s Miniature cracks cars in the front shield . The car burns up gas insanely fast. My farther called and told him about the problems he haves with Honda crv 2013 and they told him he could bring it in so they can look at it and the next day they said they can’t do nothing about the car. All I can really say is that looks are deceiving next time we’ll just go get a brand new car and advise all you guys the same too.

0/5 Stars. Edit. 1/29/26. Noticed a piece of the rocker sill fell off and low and behold. This thing is RUSTY!!!! This place is a scam and his mechanic is a scam. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE PLEASE. Edit: 1/20/26 Ryan the owner incorrectly financed my vehicle. Which in turn made me pay $59 out of pocket for title tax/fees. He incorrectly calculated sales tax thinking that a trade in lowered the purchase price. In OHIO it does not count unless it's a brand new vehicle. For this being a car dealer. He sure doesn't know what to do or how to do it. If you are out of state. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Edit: the vehicles most likely have been involved in accidents. I didn't know until I started working on the car myself (the dealership didn't care to fix other issues) and noticed the whole front end has been on an accident. The more I looked the worse it looked. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Edit: maybe this is my fault but I let them know of an issue when I test drove the vehicle and they never got back to me to fix it. It ended up being both front wheel bearings are shot. Be careful and fully inspect and make sure they fix the issues BEFORE you buy. My mistake on buying first and trusting them. My wife and 3 year old son have been looking for a larger vehicle, I researched and found that the Ford Flexes are LOVED by their owners. I messaged Garret on Facebook about this 2014 Ford Flex Limited. 133k miles and in very very good shape. The only issue I had with it was the windshield washer fluid wasn't spraying and the CEL came on for the downstream 02 sensors. I let Garret know and the owner and they immediately took action and said drop it off to us and we'll get it looked at and fixed. They gave us a vehicle to drive at no extra cost to us. Which was very nice and very professional. A few days later the Ford was fixed and has been great ever since. Overall the experience was very good. Very informative. Quick and concise. I appreciate everyone over at CARRUS. Great group of people!
