Josh is the man!!! I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKS that he recommended me and it runs very nice!! The car was not inspected and they said they’d get me taken care of. I dropped my car off knowing the car had a few minor issues like the driver seat not working and sun roof not working, and was prob going to need ball joints and rods. I didn’t say anything to them about my issues the mechanic calls me back about a hour and half later and said he cannot inspect my car because it going to need some work, went over a few things with me that he noticed with the electrical and that They are taking it to enormous to fix the electrical issues. Then when it gets back they will take care of everything to keep the car running smooth and safe and get it inspected. Josh told me if I had any issues he will be there to help & work with me. They could have easily lick and stick the car like half of these dealers do and sent me on my way instead they apologized for any inconvenience and made sure my car would be taken care of. I’m having a better experience with this lot than I did with Kia off road express location and a few others I’ve been to. It was very transparent experience and they held up on their word. So thanks bobs for going above and beyond!! I would highly recommend these guys any day.

Highly Recommend this place!! We got our very first car for only 1200 down. Josh knocked down the down payment for us until we are able to pay the rest. He was very polite and straight forward and showed me the best cars they had on the lot. Our Lincoln drives smooth with no problems and it’s very reliable. He got us in and out of there as soon as he could. Definitely the best cars dealer that I have ever worked with.

I got a Volkswagen Jetta no problems with it. Ryan or Reilly can't remember was helpful. Needed an oil switch, which I bought and he scheduled me an appointment to have the mechanic install at no cost! Would recommend this place to anyone. No credit bad credit they will put u in something decent!

My first car came from this shop and was amazing. Highly recommended from my family as well. I went in today in hopes to find my boyfriend a car, we did not purchase anything, but Mike was extremely helpful in guiding us in the right direction. We ended up getting a car from their other shop, Bayfront Auto. Very pleased with our experience today. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They will get you in a car. That's about the only positive thing I can say about them. They steered me towards a very specific car they obviously wanted to unload. I took it for a test drive and saw that the engine light was on. Mentioned it to the salesman and he said, "I'll tell you something, just about every car on our lot has the engine light on, it doesn't mean anything." He had his mechanic supposedly run a code reader on it and it came up as an ignition coil, claimed he would fix that for free after I bought the car, but never did. Also, a month after I bought it, it was problem city: ball joints and brakes and an exhaust issue. They also, after two months of payments, sold my loan to a shady third party company that arbitrarily changed my due date and claimed they couldn't change it back to where it was, which means a $35 late fee every month. And the third party loan company is so shady I can't even use my Cash App business debit card to make my payments because Cash App flags it as a potentially fraudulent company.
