2527 East Ave, Erie, PA 16503What do customers say about BABYLON AUTO SALES & SERVICE?
Always able to fix difficult problems and troubling issues with foreign cars. Omar and his brothers always make the effort to accommodate situations for me.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They sold me a bad tire and refuse to fix it or replace it. They are money hungry people do not take your car here
Please be careful , went there for an inspection. He charged me $70 and said i needed a front axle to pass inspection. He said he would do the repair . Took it elsewhere and front axle was fine. Told the same to my friend. Nothing was wrong with his car as well. Would Avoid
Told to go in the next day and when we showed up the guy we talked to said $110 for a passing inspection sticker AND $70 IF YOU FAIL!?! WHAT?! then he straight up said that because our handle on the inside, since it's missing he wouldn't pass it... This is from the PA Dept. Of Transportation ". What are the inspection criteria for passenger cars and light duty trucks? Safety inspections for passenger cars and light-duty trucks require that the following items be checked: suspension components, steering, braking systems, tires and wheels, lighting and electrical systems, glazing (glass), mirrors, windshield washer, defroster, wipers, fuel systems, the speedometer, the odometer, the exhaust systems, horns and warning devices, the body, and the chassis. For most vehicles in the 42 county, Non-I/M region this safety inspection will also include a Visual Anti-Tampering Check. The Visual Anti-Tampering Check is an examination of the vehicle to see if the required emissions components have been tampered with or removed. For more information concerning the 42 County Visual Anti-Tampering Check, please reference Section 175.80 of Subchapter E of the Vehicle Equipment and Inspection Regulations. For a complete list of the rejection criteria for passenger cars and light duty trucks, please visit Subchapter E of the Vehicle Equipment and Inspection Regulations." He could've just said no, but instead he lied to not have to do the work? Or thought we would pay him to do it? Idk either way he way overcharges for the inspection sticker I'm sure he over charges for much more than that. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ITS CHEAPER AT WALMART.
Me and my husband bought a 2004 Nissan Quest from this place. I attend college with the owners nephew and was told this place was going to treat us well. Little did I know that we would be spending over $3,000 on a piece of junk. Johnson and Flick told us we would have to pay over $2,500 to get it to pass inspection. When we went back to the place (less then a week later) to ask him if he would make things even, he proceeded to tell at us and kick us out of his shop. During this time another young lady had come in the office, her complaint was that she bought a Chrysler Pacifica from him and brought it for an oil change just to find out that her engine was so rotted it could fall at anytime, he kicked her out as well. This lady was a nurse, and a mother. As well as I am a mother of 5 girls. This man new this, and still was able to sleep at night knowing my girls were going to ride around in this. Worst place I have EVER been to. I recommend this place to NOBODY!!!
