Didn't really experience any sales "pressure" like many dealers exhibit. Jason B was very informative and thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. Test drive was great. Car was ready when promised. Even after we opted to purchase the ceramic coating, car was ready when promised. Jason was immediately available whenever we had a question about the vehicle. He was very helpful. Yes, I would likely buy again at Bianchi for my next Honda new vehicle purchase.
Airbag warranty was my first repair experience here. Very happy with the service. Didn't try to sell me anything, and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, once my airbag was in they were able to schedule me next day. I have dealt with parts dept, and the prices and service seems very good. 👍

Just bought a new SUV from Honda and honestly it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. Brad helped us find the perfect SUV that actually fit our budget and didn’t try to push us into anything more expensive. He was super helpful and easy to work with the whole time. Mike in finance was also great. He really took the time to go through everything with us, answered all our questions, and made sure the numbers stayed in our price range. You could tell he had a lot of patience and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything before signing. It was a really smooth experience and we couldn’t recommend Bianchi Honda more. If you’re looking for a car, definitely ask for Brad!
