1713 Lehigh St, Allentown, PA 18103What do customers say about Enterprise Car Sales?
10/10 car buying experience! No pressure. No ‘sales talk.’ No hard sale push for added services. They gave us our options & asked if we wanted any of them (we did). They were kind, patient (I’m a picky shopper), helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my families 3rd or 4th car purchase from Enterprise and we’ll definitely be back when we need another!
Emily Pekarik made the entire process painless. She first helped us find the perfect car and then went out of her way to assure that we got it. She communicated with us frequently throughout the process and answered every question and concern we had quickly and completely. She had the ability to connect with us immediately upon meeting her and her willingness to make herself available throughout the process was comforting. Emily has excellent customer service skills. When she is working with you, she makes you, and nothing else her priority. She communicates clearly and produces anything asked for in record time. She is a model for Customer Advocacy and an excellent Enterprise Car Sales representative.
I've bought more than a few cars I my life and I must say this was the best experience I've ever had. The price was fair, the service was great and the process was fast. My salesperson, Crystal, was awesome and the manager Derek was equally as helpful. No high pressure tactics like most car dwakerships use. Highly recommended!
When we first entered Enterprise we were greeted within minutes, everyone was so friendly. We had Emily as our rep and she was wonderful. My husband and I took the car for a test drive while they looked at my trade and got everything together. They made the buying and trading process so easy and gave us an incredible amount for my car. I would totally buy another car from Enterprise when I’m in the market again! We were so happy with the process. We were there for a total of 45 minutes and most of that was our test drive! The financial advisor was just as amazing and very friendly and easy to work with! Thank you guys so much!
I love visiting enterprise when searching for a used vehicle. I trust them to provide me with a reasonable and dependable vehicle. Everyone is very pleasant at their Allentown location. It was a great experience. Thank you again enterprise for another smooth and easy car purchase.
