I purchased a 2021 Acura TLX and when I got home car kept overheating, had not had the car more than 12 hours. I called the dealership and man when I tell you these folks were on top of it, towed the car back to Allentown, long story short they had to send the car to Acura Dealership where it ended up being that my head gasket went bad. The way these gentlemen stayed on top of it was AMAZING. They always took ALL my calls lol, answered all my questions, let me use an loaner, and kept in constant contact until my car was done. These folks not only care about the customer but they really appreciate doing business with you. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you Rick and Rob for being so patient and for staying on top of things. I would 110% recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month and a half ago. In the beginning, my experience at the dealership was actually pretty good. The staff seemed friendly, and the process felt smooth, which made me comfortable moving forward with the purchase. The vehicle was listed for $8,600, and since my credit wasn’t the best at the time, I financed the car. During the process, the salesperson told me that because my credit was poor, the lender was charging a $1,000 fee. I trusted what I was told and moved forward with the purchase. I’ll admit it was also my mistake for not carefully reviewing every detail of the paperwork at the time. Recently, while going through my documents, I realized there is no $1,000 lender fee listed anywhere in the paperwork. Instead, the sale price of the vehicle was simply increased by $1,000. It was very disappointing to discover this. When customers are told a fee is coming from the lender, it should be clearly documented. Transparency and honesty are extremely important when making a major purchase like a vehicle. I would strongly encourage anyone buying from this dealership to review every detail of the paperwork carefully before signing.
