I had a fantastic experience at Automax International Car Sales and Mechanic Shop! The staff were welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised at how animal-friendly the place is — they made both me and my pets feel right at home. Great atmosphere, fair prices, and excellent service all around. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest work and a friendly environment

Tammy who runs the shop has been a real pleasure to work with. They got three of our vehicles in for inspections on short notice and did some required brake system work for almost less than I would have spent on just the parts. Incredibly fair and great work! Our family appears to have found the diamond, a trustworthy and reasonable shop to handle what I can't or don't want to on our vehicles.

I have taken my car here for the 2nd year in a row, and I have to say how happy I am with their service. Tammy always helps with everything I need. She and the mechanics are easygoing and friendly. They always get me in and out the door in very little time, and prices are reasonable. I recommend them every time.

I arrived at the time I was told 9:15 a.m. the groupon said this is a 3 hour detailing. I made an appointment for 1:30 p.m. in Hamburg at my auto dealership. I told the woman at 12:50p.m. that I had an appointment at 1:30 and I asked her when it was going tobe done she said shortly don't worry so I didn't. Well 1:30 rolls around and my car wasn't done so I move my appointment until 2 o'clock and I asked her when is this going to be done once again I will be done in just a couple minutes needless to say I didn't walk out of there until 2:05 p.m.! Let me not forget to mention that the man didn't come get my car to start on it until 10:00 a.m. so I was there for 5 hours and this car was not detailed right. The woman in the office also told me once my car was taking back and I sat there for 45 minutes that this wasn't the normal detailer guy that the guy that usually does the detailing is out sick this should have been my 1st warning sign. the quality is horrible there are spots in my car wherr it was sprayed and not wiped down and it didn't show until A-day and a 1/2 later after it sat there and dried very well. My windows are all streaky and there are parts of my car that were still dirty!
