So to Mike, Tara, and Bill, sorry I'm late posting this. I was only looking, and the vehicle I initially saw was sold the day I stopped in. Not for nothing though, I think that was fate.i ended up leaving days later with a 2021 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk, and could not be happier! I initially met Bill and Tara on Saturday. Super friendly, super nice, and no pressure. They let me do my thing, and once I was ready, Bill and Tara got my application in. By Monday, Mike called me ready to deal, lol. I didn't think it would work out, but once I test drove it, it was a wrap! Mike was also very thorough, and he listened. 5 star-service in my book all around! This was literally the most pleasant car purchase experience I have had in years! Please keep your business model the same - don't change anything. Mike was excellent to deal with. He got us in and out right away. He was friendly and helpful. Eshmil in the shop was quick to jump on a small problem we had with the car. Definitely call Mike for anything you need!

Mike was very nice and the car is in great condition, however, I need to order a new screen for my stereo because of a manufacturer defect along with the HVAC lighting is extremely dim. They also did not put a cover on that I found in the trunk. Overall a pleasant buying experience but beware they do not negotiate price.
