After visiting over seven dealerships, I tried test driving a lot of different kind of cars overall this Hyundai Tucson 25 Limited fully loaded had all the features that I could think for the next 10 years and my sales associate who helped who also speaks Español Alexander Guevara. This was, by far, the BEST car-buying experience I've ever heard of anyone having at a dealership. I wish I could emphasize that sentence in such a way that the total strangers reading this truly feel how serious I am about this. Start-to-finish, nothing but positives: our time wasn't wasted, basically full pricing transparency (and all prices broken down matched the numbers we also had), they listened to the first 'no' we gave them for any reason, and they were respectful of the budget we'd set. *I was not even the one buying the vehicle!* We had been shocked at the review ratio while on the road to the dealership this morning; now we understand why completely! As a previous Toyota Rav4 hybrid owner and having to deal with a dealer that ghosted me, I decided to test drive the competition and to my complete surprise I got more vehicle at a much better price than I would have been able to with the Rav4 offerings. We have purchased our last 7 cars from Withnell in Salem. We have also referred family members to Withnell. Our last 2 purchases were Hyundai Tucson’s a 2016 and a 2026. The safety, the comfort, the look, the gas mileage all are so important to us. At Withnell they deliver a great car, superb customer service, and all at a great price. Ray Heyer was excellent, the entire purchasing process was flawless, and we initially had stopped in just to look at vehicles!! We love our new Tucson!! The dealership is spotless. Ray and Dillon were easy to work with. I must say I am in awe of such a positive experience with buying a new car!! We were given $3,500 above the initial trade in offer on my 2022 Santa Fe. That was the icing on the cake! Now we don't need take the time and effort to sell it on our own!
