All the guys here were really nice, I felt that they were very transparent about the car and they were very patient with me while I made up my mind to buy it. Ultimately, they sold me a great car that I love. It’s scary to try to buy a car by yourself as a young female but I had a really good experience here.

It's businesses like this that make me happy to support small and local. The owners clearly enjoy and care about what they do and make it a mission to help customers find a good fit vehicle. My experience with Vista Motors was very satisfactory! I'm a bit indecisive and the staff there were patient with me while I looked at multiple cars and navigated the car buying process. In addition, they are very knowledgeable about their inventory and other steps in the process to explore (financing, DMV, etc.) I would recommend this business to anyone in the market for a "new to you" vehicle.

I trusted Vista Motors and Ricky—and it nearly put my daughter in danger. We bought a car from Vista Motors for our 16-year-old daughter. Ricky was all smiles and promises—right up until we paid cash. After that? He ghosted us. He told us plainly: “I haven’t had my mechanic look at it yet, but go ahead and have your mechanic check it out. If anything comes up, let me know and we’ll work together on it.” Those were his exact words. That gave my wife and I a sense of trust. We believed him. Our mechanic checked it out —and told us the car needed a brand new engine. Not a minor fix. Not a tune-up. A whole engine. He said it wasn’t even safe for our daughter to drive. As a parent, that crushed me. I called Ricky . His response? “You bought it as-is. No warranty.” I reminded him of his word. I told him, “You said if my mechanic found something wrong, we’d work together.” His answer? “Nope. You bought it. You know what it was.” So I’m left with a $1,900 car and a $2,700 engine bill—because I made the mistake of trusting someone who didn’t deserve it. Ricky didn’t care. Not about the safety of a young girl. Not about standing by his word. He got paid and walked away. I’m sharing this not just as a frustrated customer, but as a father who feels completely betrayed. He was a man of his word and took care of my family.

Went there to buy a car today, found a vehicle I was interested in and asked to test drive it. The salesman on the lot said the owner has the keys with him and he’s not coming in today, said I should come back tomorrow. I asked the salesman to call the owner, he pointed to the phone number on the sign and told me to call him myself. When I called the owner he gave me the same story - he has the keys with him and isn’t coming in today, said I should come back tomorrow. No thanks. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I don’t know what kind of game they’re playing there but it seems super shady to me.
