Power Buick GMC of Salem

We had an absolutely incredible experience today at Power GMC and honestly wish we could leave 10 stars instead of 5. We purchased a beautiful new and got an unbelievable deal, but what stood out even more than the truck itself was the people. Maverick was our salesperson and from the very beginning he was genuine, personable, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. Then Gustavo, the manager, came right out to introduce himself and shake our hands personally. That meant a lot to me because it was the complete opposite experience from the other dealerships we visited today. At most dealerships, the salesperson disappears behind a wall to “talk numbers” with the managers, then comes back playing middleman while you never actually meet the people making the decisions. Here, everything felt transparent, respectful, and collaborative. Gustavo personally worked with us and negotiated directly with us to arrive at a price that felt fair and agreeable for everyone. It honestly felt healthy, genuine, and refreshingly different. You can clearly tell Gustavo has an amazing relationship with his sales team and that the culture there is built on trust and respect. Danny in finance was also fantastic, professional, kind, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with, cool dude. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We left feeling excited, grateful, and truly taken care of. Huge thank you to Gustavo, Maverick, and Danny for making this such a positive experience. We are beyond happy and would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone give these guys a shot. They earned customers for life today.

Just bought a new 2018 GMC Terrain and I love it. Nicholas was our sales guy and he was great! Not only did he get us approved quick, he got us a really good deal and low payments! He was awesome and made the process super pain free! Already told some family about them and will go to them for our next auto purchase in the future!

My adult son and I had a wonderful shopping experience this afternoon at Power Buick GMC of Salem. Our Salesman was Nicolas. He was very patient and answered all of our many questions. We had just sat down to close the deal on my son’s car and I decided I wanted a car for myself as well. He stopped what he was doing and took us out to test drive the car I was interested in. He was again patient teaching me how the car worked. In the end we left with 2 cars. Best shopping experience ever. Thank you Nicolas.

I dealt with Nicolas and couldn’t say enough positive things about him. I have way more experience buying cars from dealers than I’d like to admit. Several times remotely. Hands down Nicolas is the best experience I’ve had. He was attentive but not pushy. Responded timely and was always courteous and did not take offense if I asked for a favor or a question.
