Skyline Ford

Julian our sales manager you rock. Stay fun. Amazing we will be back. And she went camping the day we got her. Church camping alsea beautiful time beautiful mini truck.

I just bought the Ford F150 hybrid that I have been planning on for a year. I felt so fortunate to have Francisco Arias as my sales rep. I am 66 and that was the best sales experience I ever had. He was really looking out for me and made sure I understood the whole process and got the truck I wanted. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. And Sage Bass handled all the financing. He found me a good rate at a local credit union. He also took the time to explain every aspect of getting all the paperwork done and offered to help me refinance at a later date if rates come down in a year. Both guys stayed well after closing to get this wrapped up for me. They told me they are both 25 years in the business and it showed. I would buy another vehicle from them when the time comes. Thanks guys!

My experience at Skyline Ford was fantastic. Dylan was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to answer any questions I had and give me fast and frequent updates. Sage was very thorough and made sure I was nothing but happy. 10/10 stars, I would truck shop here again tomorrow and will recommend Skyline Ford to any of my family or friends who are looking for a new or used vehicle!

I had a great experience with Sam from sales and Colby in the finance department. I got the Bronco that I had been waiting for at the price I was wanting and I could not be happier with the whole experience. Go see these two at Skyline KEIZER if you are looking for a car, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both so much!

To be honest, a pretty painful experience overall. Communication was pretty poor. A scratch was missed in PDI on the passenger side rear of the vehicle, only caught by Quick Trim Graphics when they were putting PPF and window tint on for me. Also, the mud flaps I ordered and that were on the window sticker did not make it onto the vehicle. Now I didn’t catch this until I left the dealership, but it is still something I’m owed. As an out of state buyer, this was very difficult from beginning to end. The whole reason I went to Skyline was to get a better deal for my trade in than my local ford dealership, but now I’m wondering if I should have just taken the loss and purchased from another dealer.
