Bought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra and the next day, the car wasn’t starting due to the battery being dead. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of a day turned into a 5 Star review because Luis responded swiftly to my concerns and was at my apartment within 90 minutes of me telling him there was an issue. He dropped everything he was doing to come to my apartment to take a look at the car. Luis diagnosed the problem and replaced my battery right there in the parking lot of my complex where I live. Car started right back up. Luis was kind, professional and took care of me. I’ve never dealt with car people who go above and beyond for their customers like Luis did so it was a very humbling experience and restored my faith in humanity a little bit. Thanks Luis.
