Nathan and team were great to work with. Literally called on the phone to discuss the truck for the first time. Had a 20 min conversation and drove the next day to sign paperwork. No high pressure sales or pushing of anything I didn't want. I was clear I wanted a fast process and that is exactly what they delivered. We had an amazing experience at TRD Motors! Nathan and Noah went above and beyond to make sure our family drove away in our new vehicle(2020 Ford Expedition). They were incredibly helpful, patient, and stayed late just to make everything happen for us. What really stood out was Noah's dedication. He even had his daughter in town waiting for dinner plans, but he still chose to stay and make sure we were completely taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it meant so much to us. Honestly, the entire staff was fantastic. We were there for a few hours, and everyone made us feel welcome. We had great conversations, never felt pressured, and truly enjoyed the whole experience. We couldn't be happier with our new family car or the way we were treated. Had a great experience at TRD motors. John (sales rep) got back to me in a timely manner. Austin and Gavin were great to work with on trade in and financing. They went above and beyond to make the deal right and get me into a new truck. Very honest straight forward people. Not like your normal pushy car salesman. I felt no pressure doing a deal. Gavin was very thorough in walking me through the finance portion and very detailed in explaining things. I would highly recommend them. And will definitely use them again for my next truck purchase.

Matt is the best sales person I've ever had, what a great person. I'll never buy a car from anyone else, even if he leaves TRD 🙂 I came to this place with some real things going on in my life and needed help getting into a vehicle.
