I knew what I wanted when we arrived. I had done some research the e evening before plus, I have owned a few Jeeps over the years. Jack Wise was our salesman. Very knowledgeable about the Gladiator and it different trim levels. Pointed out a few things that were new to me as well as things that weren’t covered in my own research. Not pushy, great since of humor and baby sat my new bearded dragon. 🐉 Mike was great from finance as well. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. I give them a 10+++

Jeremy is a wonderful human! When I first reached out, I was in an investigation stage. I wasn’t sure what upgrade. Then fuel prices. Jeremy understood and was good about checking in without being pushy. Letting me know he was there if I had questions. It took me a couple months to figure it out and I made an appointment , test drove and finally made the purchased. Jeremy great giving me tutorial with all the bells and whistles. So many features. Great service advisor (Zeina Shaer). Efficient, professional, polite and she really listens to your concerns. Along with Sean the service manager, they researched and found a solution to the problem I was having with my RAM truck (this was after I had it in at a different dealer three times and they couldn't fix the problem). I can't thank Zeina and the folks at Tonkin Hillsboro CDJR enough, their customer service is superior to anything else I've experienced at other dealers. Even though it's a long drive for me to get there, I'll be returning for all my service needs.

Huge shout out to Amanda and Debra. Filed bankruptcy recently. I reached out to them in hopes to get myself into another vehicle after discharge. I was extremely stressed out about the entire process. I hate dealing with salesmen and dealerships. I was given the option to just browse the website and let them know what I was interested in. I had my eye on one vehicle. They went through several hoops to get me into this vehicle. When I returned home there was a mistake that was made on their end. In the end, I decided to return the vehicle. The honesty in the situation was amazing all on its own. The next day, Amanda and Debra worked hard to help me find what I wanted. After several tears and 2 mental breakdowns they were able to get me into a better vehicle than I had hoped for without trying to sell me on something I didn’t want. Amanda and Debra were honest, kind, and took safety and reliability into consideration throughout this process. They went above and beyond to trade out the vehicles and make it an easy and comfortable experience for me.
