Got Thomas

I had an amazing experience!!! I wasn't even looking for a car but I was there because my mom was taking care of her down payment on her new car. So I figured I'd browse through the cars that I had been interested in and I was helped by several amazing people. I was able to test drive the car and also compare it to a similar vehicle I had been interested in. At the end of the day I was satisfied with the car I was shown and was ready to hear the numbers. I was extremely anxious and nervous that I would not be approved but everyone there was so helpful. I was approved and now I am happy to be driving around in my 2015 Toyota sienna. No wonder my mom has purchased all her cars from here they really are family.

We had previously purchased a vehicle from Thomas Auto Sales many years ago and were skeptical to try again, however we were driving by today and saw that they had a new location on Baseline and Oak St. and decided to stop by. It is a very nice and clean used-car lot with many different types of vehicles that seemed fairly priced. We were in the market for a new truck and had some bad equity on the trade in vehicle. The salesman (Scott) was very friendly and was able to get us a great deal. Not only did we get the truck we wanted, we actually ended up with lower monthly payments! Overall, it was a great experience and I will recommend Thomas Auto Sales (Got Thomas) to my friends and family.

My fiance and I pulled in with a dead car. We were not expecting to leave in a new car due to not so good credit. Francisco help us stay within our budget and found something we both liked and affordable. Great experience right from the get go.

Got Thomas was an all around great experience! Everyone I dealt with was attentive and accommodating both to my requests as well as my personal needs. They stayed late to work around my schedule and availability. Troy was very knowledgeable and informative over the phone with the decision making process and even offered helpful hints on dealing with my open insurance claim. When I arrived too test drive my 2014 Chevy Captiva, Jose was friendly and honest. It was obvious that their communication and continuity of care was fluid and professional. I have and will continue too refer anyone to Got Thomas of Hillsboro, Oregon 👍

Found a car on craigslist, it wasn't a bait and switch deal either. Was exactly the car I needed, dropped in with 10 minutes to close and they let us go out for a test drive. They are even going to fix a couple things for a used car before we pick it up. Which two months later has the check engine light still on 6 times later and they can't fix it. And they won't give me my money back. But they offered to give me less than 1/4 of what I paid as a trade in for another car. Gave them 5 stars 2 months ago, and would give them less than 1 star if I could. Reporting them to BBB. Don't buy from these people. Wish I had looked them up on BBB before I had stopped in. Lots of wasted time and shenanigans.
