Speed's Auto Auction

My first time at an auto auction! Was there to buy a car for my son who couldn't attend. I was nervous about the process, but the employees were all friendly and super helpful. One of them even noticed me looking a bit apprehensive and approached to welcome me to the auction and offered a bit of guidance on the process. The auctioneer was entertaining. Got a great deal on a bmw x3 that has a few cosmetic issues, but runs beautifully. The back hatch didn't close all the way which I think discouraged other buyers, but I knew it would be an easy fix. In fact, we fixed it before leaving the lot. I would say this place is great if you know what to expect. Many of the cars have cosmetic imperfections and need a good cleaning. Make sure you carefully preview the cars you're interested in for condition. I had a great experience. I will definitely go again.

The staff and office personnel are all super kind and have been very gracious. We encountered a mishap during an auction, and Stephanie quickly remedied and resolved the issue, and ensured I was able to remain a repeat customer. Appreciate the value I receive here!

It was a great experience, except the fees that are charged on top of the purchase price of the vehicle. I suggest that you read about how much the added fees will be, so your not surprised when your purchase is several hundred more dollars than what you expected.

This Auction can be a lot of fun and I have gotten great deals here! The deposit and fees they charge are too much though and I think that they should give more time to pay for it and get the car from there though…but overall Auctioneer and people that work there are great and I have a lot of fun when I go to this auction! They always giving out pizza For free and they do drawings and give you free tickets and I won $100 last time I was there!
