Okay originally I had given them a really bad review but they were really good about the whole thing they paid for some of the repairs I had to have done even though the car was sold as is. So give them a chance they have a lot of good cars to hire the price the car the better the car you get which everybody knows that. But I'm satisfied now so go in and see him they're nice and friendly they have a coffee stand in there. Go in and get a cup of coffee have some Danish and get to know them they're very easy to get along with no pressure at all to buy. I drove several of their cars before I ended up buying one.

My boyfriend purchased a vehicle from F&F Motors, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Less than 24 hours after signing the paperwork, it rained, and the car began actively flooding. Water was literally pouring inside the vehicle and leaking directly out of the side electrical speakers. This car is completely compromised, unsafe, and total garbage.When we immediately brought the vehicle back to point out this catastrophic, pre-existing defect, the dealership completely refused to stand behind what they sold. Instead of doing the right thing and unwinding the deal or offering to repair it, the salesman kept trying to pull a fast one on him.They actually had the audacity to offer to buy the car back from him at a "wholesale price"—which is only a fraction of what he had paid them for it just hours prior—and told him he could use that loss as a credit toward a different vehicle on their lot. They sold him a defective asset and then immediately tried to manipulate the situation to cheat him out of thousands of dollars and trap him into another deal. When all was said and done they had agreed my boyfriend could pay the difference and upgrade to a different car, only for the salesman to change his mind(lie) in the end and try charging him almost a thousand dollars extra. This is predatory, bad-faith negotiating at its worst. They do not inspect their cars, and they will try every trick in the book to take advantage of you if something goes wrong. Avoid F&F Motors at all costs unless you want to get ripped off. Will add video and pictures of the flooding. EDIT(response to owners reply): The so called "new damage" must have occured on your lot since while purchasing the vehicle I had specifically pointed out the damage you're speaking of and took multiple pictures of the vehicle which show said damage, but nice try. The employee that "helped" us when we returned offered to give whole sale towards a different vehicle and than agreed to let him pay the difference so he could just purchase another vehicle from you guys, the difference would have been a thousand dollars and suddenly he was trying to get double that, to be treated as if you're nothing more than someone to swindle money from, is a horrible feeling. My boyfriend was hoping you guys lived up to the hype of your positive reviews, and instead the whole experience was unpleasant. Offering to fix the drainage holes does not fix the damage that has already been done, there was literal water POURING out of the interior speakers, you can't undo damage like that. I never even mentioned the absolute poor condition of the tires, so bald they're almost showing wire, It's partially our fault for not going over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb prior to purchasing but we made the mistake and put trust in the dealership and hoped you'd inspected it and made sure everything was up to par and we shouldn't have. I just hope this review can prevent this from happening to anyone else who may be contemplating purchasing from this lot.
