Royal Moore Mazda

I purchased a CPO Mazda 3 2023 from Royal Moore in June of 2026. Evelyn Tellez was wonderful during my purchasing experience. She was very personable, friendly, and accommodated my needs. I came to the dealership knowing what I wanted and she made the process very easy. I would absolutely recommend Evelyn as a sales person to anyone in the market for a new car. I called with very little notice to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, and she was very speedy at retrieving the car for my test drive. She explained its features very well and provided a great customer service experience. I was initially between the Mazda 3 and Toyota Corolla, but she really sold me on the Mazda!! I love my new car and will be retiring my previous Mazda 3 2004. :) Patrick Spencer was also great at answering my questions and never felt too pushy when recommending any add-ons. I also ended up canceling a warranty and maintenance plan after my purchase after deciding I didn’t need them, and he was very prompt in his response and gave me no trouble at all. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was an overall great experience for my first big car purchase. Evelyn and Spencer were amazing.

It's been about 9 years since I purchased a new car, so I was quite nervous abiut this process. However, I had a great experience at Royal Moore Mazda! Samuel was an excellent person to work with from the moment I made the inquiry to the exchange of the keys! He was response. He answered my questions. He made me laugh at awkward moments and kept things moving in the right direction. I also have to mention Jesus and Patrick. Immediately introducing themselves to me, making me feel comfortable about the numbers. Patrick did amazing job in explaining everything to me. An overall positive experience! I would highly recommend.

I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car at Royal Moore Mazda. The whole sales process was so easy from start to finish -started with a chat on their website and finished the next day with me driving off the lot. The salesperson Vadym was super great to work with! We also worked with Christian and Jesus, who were also great. Lots of communication and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

A few days after purchasing my used 2023 Mazda CX-9 from Royal Moore Toyota, I started having issues with my key fob not working. After going through months of car issues with my previous vehicle, this was incredibly overwhelming. Louis R. at Royal Moore Toyota worked with Robert at Royal Moore Mazda and completely took the stress off my shoulders. They were kind, responsive, and quick to help. They were able to get me in the following day. The service team took the time to troubleshoot the issue, and when it became clear the fob couldn’t be fixed, they replaced it entirely, free of charge. I walked away with a brand-new key fob (valued around $400) and they even gave me the old fob as a backup. I had my two young children with me, and the experience was surprisingly pleasant thanks to how welcoming the space and staff were. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with TVs, a complimentary coffee machine, and a small market for snacks and drinks. Robert went above and beyond by giving my kids Hot Wheels cars, which absolutely made my 3-year-old’s day. What could have been another stressful car issue turned into a genuinely positive experience. Royal Moore Mazda was professional, compassionate, and family-friendly from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and will absolutely recommend Royal Moore Mazda to anyone needing service or support for their vehicle.

My experience at Royal Moore Auto Center was AMAZING!! Evelyn, Kevin and Nathan were so nice and friendly!! They were all very knowledgeable, and helpful. There were NO high pressure sales tactics at all. They were very professional as well. They made buying a car such a wonderful experience, that I wish I could do it every week. It really was a fantastic experience all around and they have won my business forever!!!!
