Royal Moore Buick GMC

We recently purchased a new GMC from Royal Moore, and I highly recommend checking them out before buying anywhere else. Their exclusive powertrain warranty, included at no additional cost, was a game changer for us and a big reason we chose to purchase there. Alan Beasley was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, and I especially appreciated that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he said so and took the time to find the correct information. That level of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. Tim Springer in finance was also excellent. He helped us with a few additional items after the purchase, and the level of service has continued even after we drove the vehicle home. It's clear they care about their customers beyond the sale. Jesus also made the negotiation process straightforward and was a pleasure to work with. The only area I think could be improved is the amount of time it took to complete the paperwork after we agreed on the price. It was a much longer process than we've experienced at other dealerships. We understand they were short-staffed and we were there after normal business hours, so that likely contributed, but it's still something that could be streamlined. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Royal Moore, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Alan, Tim, and Jesus.

He took the time to answer every question we had about the CX-90 without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed us the most was his willingness to find the exact vehicle that met our specific requirements. He kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. At the end, he helped us to setup the Mazda App and setup the new vehicle for welcome home photos.

Great service from start to finish! The salesman (Christian) was super knowledgeable, extremely professional and made the experience easy and even enjoyable. The finance team was great too. No pressure to buy anything extra and made the paperwork easy and quick. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a GM vehicle.

Came in to purchase a new truck today. Christian and Josh treated me so well. Took real good care of us. I definitely recommend Royal Moore. They offer competitive deals. I brought my mom in with me and they made sure she was comfortable while I was talking numbers with the sales staff.

Stay away especially if you a trading in a vehicle.! Try gmc of Beaverton I was treated a lot better. John Raptor was your typical used car salesman trying to make small talk and smooth us over without answering hardly any of my technical questions and knowledge. (Never feels great to buy a product that you know more about than the salesman). He would beat around the bush on questions that I had and he didn't know the answer and he would never answer them. When we got back from our test drive and John told us to wait outside and he would one grab us to talk numbers, after waiting outside for about a hour in the sun we went inside and ask how much long and he said and he told us not to worry and it won't be much longer, another 15-20 minutes went by he came back and told us not Much longer again, when I told them we had another appointment at a different dealer, they magically said the financial employee (Nathan) was ready. We already had told them how much we were offer on our trade in ($17k)and you guys offer $8500 and then when we asked why Nathan and John started to completely invalidate and insult the condition of my trade in saying it really worth not much and it was beat up and from Canada which makes no sense or a difference whatsoever. John then stated he didn't think I was being honest about my trade on offer so we left. We bought a truck a new truck yesterday at a different lot that one that quoted us $17k and this new lot gave us $18k. If I wanted my time wasted and lied too and then be called a liar I would definitely be back!
