I found my dream car at Mack Motors! Although they had a great selection, so I am confident I could have found another great car if they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. (Luckily, they did!) I worked with Alex, who was communicative and stayed well past closing to accommodate my work schedule. He was prompt in his responses to my follow-up questions, and made the purchase process easy from start to finish. Thank you Mack Motors!
Buying a vehicle for the first time, it was a great experience and simple. They understood that I was new and was forgiving when I brought some things to their attention. They understood that new buyers won't know all the small details that you may or may know like insurance binders. Plus they aided me installing my kids car seat. "Yeah he has kids" the dealer said. We laughed and had fun, overall good experience and hope the business thrives!
Five-Star Experience! We had an amazing experience at Mac Motors! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient as we searched for the perfect first car for our daughter. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. The selection of used cars was great, and we found exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership with top-notch customer service, we highly recommend Mac Motors. Thank you for making this such a special experience for our family!
