We drove 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle at Dick‘s auto group. We chose dicks due to the competitive pricing and customer service we have received at this dealership. The transaction began with speaking to both Ryan and Jeremy via text messages and phone. We were able To come to an agreement on purchase price and comfort to where we drove the 4.5 hours to make the purchases sight unseen. The group at Dick’s was welcoming and made the transaction super easy and enjoyable. Jeremy in sales went above and beyond to make sure we received everything we needed, had the paperwork started during our drive to the dealership, and even meet us out front when we arrived at the dealership. Ryan, Marty, and Josh all were super helpful and extremely professional. We met with Alex on New Year's Day and purchased a Hyundai Tucson. I am thrilled with my purchase. Last April, I was in a traumatic auto accident that resulted in a broken neck. I was a bit apprehensive about driving again and getting my independence back. Alex answered my call and had the car waiting for us when we arrived. He was welcoming, friendly and very responsive to my concerns. He fully answered all of my questions. Safety features, maintenance history and price were big concerns for me. We worked through financing and payment plans to get me where I wanted to be. This is the first vehicle purchase that I have made without any buyers remorse. This place was awesome. The staff was very friendly and great to work with. I went in with lots of questions and was able to drive off witha vehicle that was perfect for me. Randy was an awesome help andI couldn't be happier.

Great customer service. They changed my radiator, but didn't put the hose clamp on the upper hose when they were done. The job was under warranty so I didn't pay anything, but I made sure I got the price. 1400 dollars for a radiator and coolant flush! Could have done it myself for 100 dollars with the bonus of not missing a house clamp. I didn't ask for compensation, just wanted to make sure the truth is out there.
