Jon and his staff took an absolute TURD of a situation I had from purchasing a vehicle from Souffair motors in Hillsboro and made it right when the dealership absolutely failed me. He did everything you would expect a dealership that sold you a vehicle to do after the sale. He guided us though the repair process and was 100% transparent and honest. Thank you again for being a truly outstanding business.

I am not sure where to start. You know you found a damn good mechanic when you stress everyday that you realize you haven't left a review yet! I had the absolute best experience with Accolade Auto. They really are the Subaru specialists and very knowledgeable at what they do. First off, I had the most thorough and honest inspection I've ever had done on a vehicle! They took pictures of every single thing they inspected and they sent me the pictures easily through text message links. I felt so comfortable and safe knowing that they took that extra step to take pictures of everything they inspected. Not only does that show that they're taking the time and not missing anything, but they're sending it to you as well whether you know cars or not. Even though I don't know cars very well, I felt like they did a great job of explaining to me everything that needed to be done and what could wait. These guys prioritized my safety and offered to literally have me delay paying them so I would have money to Uber and not drive my car that they felt wasn't safe for me to drive. Listen to them, because they saved my car from serious further damage! They worked with me on my low budget and I am still grateful months later. I honestly feel bad for not writing this review sooner! Madeline and Jon were very informative through text and over the phone. They let me know all of my options, how to keep costs down for me, gave me other options for if I wanted to sell or auction my car etc. (Accolade auctions cars and sells cars, as well as fixes them). It was fantastic and so easy that I got to drop my car off after hours. They have a secure lock box and an amazing streamlined process to drop your vehicle off so you don't have to get up early or fight traffic in the morning. I was also able to pick up my vehicle at night after work after hours which was extremely convenient. Another thing that was pretty awesome was they sent me invoices via text and let me approve or disapprove by the click of a button. So I got to pick my options from home! I don't want anything to go wrong with my car, but I can't wait to work with these guys again! I have always gone to family for mechanical issues but I am so glad to have found a local place that I trust and has my back when it comes to safety (and financial capability as well to be honest). Readers: I am just a regular gal who needed help urgently, who was low on money and didn't know where to turn to... Turn to accolade you guys! They got your back and you will not be sorry to place your trust in them. I bought a Mazda from Jon at Accolade Auto a few months ago, and was SO happy I did! They take such pride in the vehicles they sell, and were happy to show me the records of all of the work they’d done to ensure it was a reliable vehicle before putting it up for sale. Jon even brought me back to the mechanic who had worked on the car so that I could ask a few more questions. I had such peace of mind buying from Accolade Auto and honestly only have amazing things to say about them. Which is definitely rare when buying a used car. My car was unfortunately in an accident recently, and Jon even offered to help me if the insurance company tries to give me a lower valuation on the vehicle. They go above and beyond in everything they do. If you’re looking for a used car, this is definitely the best place to get one.

Jon truly is one of the nicest guys I have ever met, especially in this business. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful about every aspect of the purchasing process and I couldn’t believe how easy and fast he made everything. Accolade Auto is super transparent about everything, and they laid everything out for us to make sure we were getting the best deal possible!! GO HERE!!! If you are looking at buying a used car, new car or just getting some regular maintenance done, GO HERE!!!! The owner, Jon, is absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! He is honest, delivers great customer care and has a knowledgable team he's working with! I just bought my Mazda CX-5 from this shop and am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!!!! This is my go to mechanic, seriously, everyone should be going here! The 5-star reviews are not just hype, this owner and shop truly are that great!!!!!
