They clearly explained the vehicle’s history, what repairs were done, and brought everything back to OEM specs. No pressure, no gimmicks — just honest information so you can make your own decision. The car was fully inspected, aligned, and test-driven before being offered for sale. They even recommended I take it to my own mechanic for peace of mind, which says a lot about their confidence in what they sell. If you’re looking for a dealership that specializes in clean, low-mileage “unicorn” vehicles and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Riverside Auto Sales. Riverside Auto was a pleasure to work with. They made the vehicle buying process simple and stress-free, and they had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Anthony and Alex were both courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. DO NOT BUY. MISREPRESENTED VEHICLES, DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, AND CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS. My experience with Riverside Auto Sales has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. The 2001 Toyota 4Runner I purchased was misrepresented, and the financing contract was ultimately rescinded by Westlake Financial after issues were discovered involving the condition of the vehicle, a warranty that should not have been issued, and modifications made to the financing contract without my knowledge or authorization. On May 12, 2026, Riverside Auto Sales confirmed in writing that my contract had been rescinded and that they would issue a $2,000 refund by mailed check. Weeks passed with no refund, no tracking information, and no communication despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls. When I called requesting an update, I was told I was “calling too much.” After informing them I would be filing complaints with the Department of Licensing and pursuing legal action, I was told: “You can do whatever you want to do" and was hung up on. As of today, Riverside Auto Sales continues to illegaly withhold my $2,000 refund despite previously confirming it would be issued. An active investigation has been opened with the Department of Licensing, and I have filed a claim in small claims court. I have documentation of the rescinded contract, refund confirmation emails, and follow-up communications. It is honestly absurd to me that this "business" is willing to risk its reputation, their license, and legal exposure over a $2,000 refund they already acknowledged was owed. BUYER BEWARE!
