When I arrived, Daniel helped check me in, get me into a rental and get me going. He was super helpful and kind. I brought my car her after having a problem that was not resolved elsewhere, and they were able to figure out the issue. I appreciate that they took their time, found the issue and even sent me a video explaining it. I feel like my car will always be safe in their hands. When I came to pick up my car just a few hours later, Steve helped return the rental and even transfered alllll of my Costco finds into my car. Super nice guy! * Overall it was an excellent experience, however, the rentals (2 of them) .. OOF! The 1st one I was given was dirty and I only made it to the light before it started making a loud thumping noise right under the seats. It was actually so bad we could feel it. I took it back and Steve took it for a drive to see what the issue was. He came back and said that someone had taken the wheel weights off. Not sure what that means, but I was then given a 2nd rental; it was filthy! There were cigarette ashes everywhere, clumps of dirt, white sticky stuff on both seat belts, and it stunk! Even the steering wheel was sticky. The outside was bad too! The windshield was so dirty that in the sun I could barely see out of it. I had no choice but to take it because it was the last option. I paid to get it detailed because I didnt feel comfortable being in all that nastiness, plus it smelled awful! They got the car back in pristine condition. I absolutely will be bringing my car back here if I have any issues and for routine maintenance, but I will definitely skip the rental next time.

Gio was exceptionally helpful and readily available to answer my questions both before and after the purchase. The dealership’s management team, Ian and Mike, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. They worked diligently to secure a challenging finance approval, ensuring that my overall experience was smooth and seamless. One area that could benefit from improvement is the document packet delivery process via UPS. Since my approval required hard signatures, the delivery estimate and tracking number for these documents were not easily accessible or provided promptly. Despite this minor issue, my experience was truly exceptional—an overall 5-star performance from start to finish.

Scott Wildman and the team were amazing! They made the financing process a breeze. No mumbo jumbo. Just straight forward about the whole process. Truly appreciate their kindness and help throughout:) Thanks again Scott for letting me grab a sentimental item I left behind! Oh and love the car!

I was helped out by Tri who was very helpful with my selection of the 2024 Nissan Versa SR that I have purchased. Even after making the purchase, there were a couple of minor issues that came up and he, with others in the service department made sure that these were taken care of in quick fashion.
