I bought my Honda Element and Honda Fit from Gresham City Motors LLC. Both of the vehicles were sold to me for a reasonable price. I worked with the owner Francisco both times. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and transparent about any information I needed to know or asked about both vehicles. The Fit was a salvage title, and he gave me information about what that entails when it comes to registration. The Odyssey Was having issues with the Navigation system not showing up on the screen, but with a little bit of tinkering and a YouTube video I was able to fix that myself at home. I walked (well drove) away with exactly what I paid for, and they worked for what I needed them for! Great experience!

I had a smooth experience buying my vehicle from this car dealership. The staff was professional and very helpful in explaining the features and pricing of different cars. They were patient and allowed enough time for a test drive. The paperwork process was simple and the car was ready on time. I’m very satisfied with the service and my purchase. 🚗

If you buy a car from this dealership, you will later regret that decision. They sold me a car; when I took it home, the check engine light came on, and it didn’t drive properly. They worked on it only to drive the car off their lot. And after you drive off the car lot, you start experiencing problems with the car. if you bring the car back, they will deny it's good and say you're the one complaining. They will tell you, "Oh, we don’t refund customers' money," but they obviously sold you a bad car. Their dealings at Gresham City Auto are shady. They care about their profit, not customer satisfaction, especially the guy named Mike, who will tell you he's done talking with you and deny you after you’ve bought the car, and you decide to call him back about the car. Currently, I can’t use the car I bought because it's a scrap. I have to park it down without driving it because it has transmission issues. They work on the cars to be driven only out of their car lot. After you leave their lot, a big problem will arise with the same car you test-drove shortly. Don’t make the mistake of associating business with them. They will sell you a car that will give you a headache. They will never tell you about the problem with the car before you purchase it. You will think you're dealing with a reliable dealership, but unfortunately, it’s scrap-auction cars they resell, and they don’t fix them; they only fix small issues, leaving the bigger problems to you to face. I'm only advising other innocent people who, in the future, want to fall victim to the used-car fraud committed by these people who hide under the DEALERSHIP umbrella, who make you sign papers and intimidate you after purchase, and who leave you facing problems.
