What a wonderful experience in buying my 2024 Outback at Gresham Subaru. James, Fabian and Lance are definitely their "Go to Gentlemen". As I have dealt with Gresham Subaru for many years now, they went all out to make sure they gave me superior customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and kind are how I'll describe the service I received from Fabian, Lance , James and Elvis in Service department. The process was painless because they believe in putting the customer first! A total win-win and I will continue to do business with Gresham Subaru in the future. I could not be happier with my recent (and all) experience(s) at Gresham Subaru. I worked with Kanoelani, Justin and Sean on my latest purchase. My experience was as down to earth as could be. It was like working with longtime friends. We had great conversations, laughter and at "buisness" time, things were smooth. This is my second new car purchase with Gresham Subaru, and I couldn't be happier. Every Department has been stellar in service, professionalism and making me feel like a "friend." As a first time buyer everything went fantastic, angelo was fantastic at helping us get the car and had fantastic energy, from over the phone to in person from start to finish, there was up's and downs as there is with any new/used car purchase but in the end we drove home the same day with the car. Im in love with the car if you see this Angelo keep it up🤘🤘100/10 would recommend going to Gresham subaru.

I purchased a brand new Forester at the beginning of this year. The salesmen I worked with was amazing because I told him exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted it. He didn’t try to haggle with me and understood that I knew what I wanted. After purchasing the car I received texts/emails inquiring on how the car was doing. I also did an appointment with a rep that showed me all of the cool gadgets my new car had to offer. I went into the service area this week for a recall and everyone there was so kind and quick on their feet. The rep that showed me all the cool gadgets recognized the car and made a point to come over, say Hi and see if I was still loving it. I’ve been coming to the dealership for years now, mostly for servicing, but they’ve always been great :)
