Wilson's Used Cars

I drove 4.5 hours to see this van — and honestly, I arrived with tension. Like many people, I expected the usual dealership experience: pressure, upselling, hidden fees, last-minute surprises. None of that happened. Here’s what stood out: • From the very beginning, everything felt calm, transparent, and human. • The price we discussed is exactly the price I paid — no surprises, no add-ons, no games. • They literally handed me the keys and said: “Go enjoy the car.” • No hovering. No sales pressure. No third person jumping in. • I was allowed to sit in the van as long as I wanted, test drive it freely, feel it, connect with it. • My salesperson Jimmy took a step back and gave me real space to experience my future vehicle — and that meant a lot to me. This wasn’t just a transaction. It felt respectful on an energetic level. Bonus moments that really showed their character: • They let me park my car on their lot without even asking for my keys. • Everyone I interacted with — including people not involved in the sale — was calm, professional, and genuinely kind. • I spoke with multiple staff members, even the owner and the person detailing cars. Every single interaction felt grounded and sincere. The van itself was immaculately clean inside and out. Truly perfect. This feels like a family-values business: honest, grounded, classic in the best way. Jimmy — thank you for your integrity, your calm presence, and for letting me truly meet my dream vehicle without pressure. I didn’t feel “sold to.” I felt trusted. Highly, highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Terrain Denali from Wilson's Used Auto a couple of months ago. We traded our previous vehicle to assist with the purchase. We bought the vehicle, although it had a check engine light. However, Ken, the salesman, wrote on the AS-IS contract that they'd fix the check engine light. Ken took back the vehicle and had mechanics work on it. And they fixed it. It still works great a couple of months later. No issues whatsoever. Ken even filled our gas tank! They even washed our vehicle and made it beautiful. Since we have a baby, it means a lot to our family that the vehicle was repaired, and it is dependable. Ken was friendly, professional, responsible, responsive, and generous to us. He's a hard worker. There is a true passion for vehicles there. In the future, I'm sure we will do business again with Wilson's Used Auto. It was a great experience. I will recommend Wilson's to all my friends and coworkers. Thanks, Ken! And thanks to everyone else who works at Wilson's! Phenomenal job!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I found a high-quality used car at a fair price, and the process was quick and transparent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable vehicle!
