my experience started 9 years ago, 2017, back then it was R & L. My partner and I needed a vehicle. Neither having decent credit- only one of us had stable employment at the time. On top of ALL those ... what other dealerships would call "red flags" we couldn't pay our down payment until his payday (it was a monday, and he didnt get paid till friday) ... Luckily my partners mother put us on her insurance, so we had the full coverage- and just like that- Ron had us promise that on Friday, we pay the downpayment and ....We DROVE away in our new (used) 1999 Ford Ranger. Of course we were there bright and early Friday to make our downpayment- but the amount of appreciation/joy/empowerment that Ranger provides us was EVERYTHING we needed to build our life. That little Ranger was the BEST vehicle we ever owned. .... ..... & that is why tomorrow i will be going back to buy another vehicle. Buying a vehicle is rarly "fun" its usually full of stress/anxiety...... this was BY FAR the easiest/quickest experience yet

Trevor has been my go-to guy for the last 5 years. Straightforward, honest, and willing to work with you. I almost have my 5th vehicle paid off from them. Personally I won't go anywhere else..

Mother of 4 small kiddos, haven’t had my own vehicle for a long time. My husband bought his truck from Trevor he seemed nice enough for a car dealer worked with us with down payment. After my husband bought his truck I was in the market for a car since last December unfortunately timing never worked out or if they had anything I liked it got sold shortly after. Trevor would update me about cars he may be getting in told me to wait and wait and wait and wait I did… asked him if there were any cars coming in I would like now it’s been nearly 6 months of me desperately needing a car and trying to be patient as I wanted to buy a car from Trevor cause he seemed like a decent dude. Finally! A car comes in that I love it’s getting its engine swapped out and I have the extra money to put down. I’m told on Monday “it will be ready by Wednesday Thursday at the latest” okay cool…Thursday rolls around shoot them a message hey is the car ready…oh no he had other cars get in front of it…okay..message the following week hey do we know when that car is gonna be ready? Nothing… message 4 days later hey is that car gonna be ready before the weekend? Nothing… now we’re getting into the 3rd week of waiting we are having to swing by the dealership just to get any sort of update about this vehicle that I’ve been excited and dying to buy from this guy. The shop guy tells us Wednesday it should take a couple more days ( after we were told he only had about 5 more hours on it) okay awesome I text Trevor Friday before the weekend and finally get a response of “the shop person had some medical problems and there are reason why it’s not gonna be ready” I say “ oh dang I was told it was gonna be ready last Thursday and now it’s seeming like it’s not gonna be ready for a while” (hense he just told me mechanics having medical issues) Trevor responds back extremely hostile (I’ll spare for persons medical privacy) for what reason I’m not exactly sure and tells me to have a nice day. The again nothing… we show up on Tuesday( today) becuase my husband has to pay his car payment there and we’re told the car is ready by the shop guy…Trevor then proceeds to tell my husband he is not doing business with us and that he will not be selling me the car and if my husband doesn’t pay his car payment then “we know what will happen”…so 6 months of waiting to buy a car from this person finally getting to the point where I can get one and he does this… it’s heartbreaking to say the least and as a mom with small children I’ve been really excited and looking forward to finally being able to provide for my family..maybe my excitement came off too strong. Very disappointed tho thought this place was a decent place to get vehicles if you don’t have credit on your side.

Because of your harassment towards James ND myself yelling at me on the phone and James in your office is so not right you have let us get away with minimum payments if you were not ok with that you should have green a hold of us way earlier threatening to take my place of living is not right I have children and telling me that I shouldn't get tattoos or anything and pay you ha all of my tattoos except one is at least 2 years old so you are very 2 faced see you in court

I bought a car from this lot just over one month ago and it overheated on the freeway because of a faulty Serpentine belt. The transmission was replaced at “a shop” the owner, Trevor, told me about when I looked at the car the first time. Everything else “looked great” according to his shop, him and the paperwork. My husband and I were returning from a camping trip in southern Oregon and the car overheated on the freeway, just over a month after purchasing the vehicle. The Serpentine belt snapped and caused the car to overheat. This belt should have been replaced when the transmission was replaced, according to the mechanic who is currently fixing my “new to me” car from this lot. Words from my mechanic, “If the car was bought a month ago, this belt should have been replaced. It has needed it for a while.” This is incredibly disappointing to trust the owner of a business and take the word of his mechanic, to have it cost me thousands in towing and repairs, after only a month of driving this car. *The car I bought from this lot is a 2017 Nissan Altima with a clean car fax history. I have owned two previous Altimas and they ran great until I traded one in and the other I was rear ended. That incident is what brought me to T and K Motors. I thought I found an honest lot, selling cars that are reliable. Make sure to check out any cars with your own mechanic before purchasing a car from this lot. I would recommend not purchasing a car from this lot.
