Just went with my brother to get his first new to him car. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and we left with a great deal on a Volkswagen Passat. The best part is they have auto/window repair help across the street and directly next to their sales spot. I felt comfortable with the purchase and happy knowing we can go back for help as needed.

Genuinely astonished by the hostility of Micah Richie! I’ve never been treated so hostile by a man in a professional settings in my life! As a business owner this is completely unacceptable! However the manager Ben was amazing, so I recommend going directly to him if you have an issue.

Dont purchase a vehicle without a warranty. We purchased a 2012 tundra. Test drove it and everything checked out. Once off the lot, next day, check engine light comes on. Code reader read multiple codes. Called the lot spoke to the owner, he said it’s probably just co2 sensor and offered to replace them. Once replaced and issue wasn’t resolved upon getting the vehicle checked elsewhere, Turns out vehicle has multiple failing catalyst converters. They all need replaced. Owner refused to cover the mechanical issues. Sold us a lemon and showed no remorse.

Unfortunately, enough time has passed to adequately reassess the situation. And having reflected on practices and processes, they cut corners and sell you a bad car. The vehicle I bought was a 2007 Lexus. Yes it’s almost 20 years old. Yes it had 181,000 miles on it when I purchased it, but not once did they say what was wrong with the vehicle. Since I purchased the vehicle over a year ago, I’ve had radiator issues, coolant leaks, A/C compressor issues. This isn’t normal wear and tear stuff that was reconditioned as it would’ve been at reputable lots. I had to argue for working headlights. HEADLIGHTS. *BUYERS BEWARE* Absolutely do not finance through them.

​I was shown a 2015 Honda Odyssey by a nice young man named Tito. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. We discussed the price on the first day, and he quoted me a competitive price. I took my wife out to test drive the vehicle the next day, and we returned to purchase it on the third day. ​However, when we started finalizing the numbers, the manager disregarded our initial quote and raised the price. As we were leaving, the manager sent Tito back out to offer a slightly more competitive price, but only by having the young man forfeit his own commission. ​Everything about this interaction is exactly why people distrust car salesmen. We will never go back to even consider a vehicle there, and I will not only refuse to recommend this business, I will actively encourage others to pass on this dealership. We ended up finding the same car with lower miles and a better price outside of Eugene.
