So far I'm really impressed with the service that KIA has provided me. They recognized me months after I bought a car from them. They even remembered what car they sold me. And remembered how much I loved the car I already have. They just happened to have a newer model of the same car that I loved and owned. I left that day with my new car, on an amazing trade-in value. They gave me almost $1,500 over KBB value on my car. They also kept the interest rate incredibly low. Big Thanks to Jamie for making the process so smooth. She was amazing to hang with too.

The experience was mostly good, Brandy the one that helped me coordinate the recall repairs was amazing. If this was on her alone, I'd give it 10 stars. However when I got my car back from the service department, I had to replace the dash pieces they removed and snap them back together, I forgot to take the photo of those parts. Also I had to replace the fuse boxcover that they never put back on but left under my hood. I understand needing to be quick but they could have taken the time to put it back together properly in my opinion.
