He immediately understood my specific and unique needs and tailored his approach to help me lock down a new LX 700h Overtrail. Handling two high-value trades can sometimes be a headache, but Neal accounted for everything and put together a great deal that we finalized in just a few days. Delivery & Finance: On delivery day, I was turned over to Isaac, who was welcoming and friendly. He went out of his way to make the process comfortable, keeping me refreshed and even hooking me up with some great swag. When it came time for the paperwork, Shane in finance was a pleasure to work with. He presented various products in a helpful, informative way without any of the high-pressure tactics you often find at other stores. The Vehicle: The LX 700h Overtrail is an absolutely wonderful SUV. While the GX is currently the "popular" choice, the demand makes them difficult to source. I’m incredibly grateful to have secured the LX instead—it is a fantastic machine. I took my 2021 Lexus ES 350 in for a recall. While fixing the sensor in the passenger seat damage was done to two trim pieces. Ronnie, my service advisor said he’d get back with me when the manager was in to see about replacing the damaged pieces. True to his word the same day it happened. The pieces were ordered, and the problem was taken care of. I didn’t buy my Lexus from Kendall. It’s refreshing to see and experience two fabulous service writers. Melissa, who has taken care of me in the past for routine maintenance always has a smile on her face, a cherry disposition, and does exactly what she says she will do. Ronnie also is true to his word. Both service writers are an asset to Kendall. Lexus and I look forward to interactions in the future. Thank you, Kendall Lexus.

My wife and I, just bought a New Lexus. Our Salesperson was Bailey Newport. Awesome…… Knowledgeable, Patient. He made buying a car a breeze. He made my wife feel very good. It’s her Car…. Lucky her We also worked with the Dreaded Finance Guy… Shane… We paid for the car with cash… But he was very helpful, selecting an extended warranty plan, and a full service plan for all recommended services.. Actually, he was very helpful and not so scary…… I will soon be buying another car for myself, very soon, and I can tell you who’s going to sell it to me Bailey Newport…. Kendall Lexus is one of the best Lexus dealers nationwide, hands down. That’s because of ppl like Andrew(my salesman), who made the process smooth and easy. He answered my questions, provided information, and never pressured me. This was my 5th Lexus and Andrew sold me my what has turned out to be my favorite car. It was on order and Andrew kept in touch with me weekly until the car was delivered. There are many businesses that will cheat a woman bc they think she doesn’t know any better. Andrew never tried to cheat or confuse me, but was transparent about the entire process. When I told him I wanted my guy friends to look at the numbers, he agreed that it’s always good to be thorough and careful. It’s been 5 months since I picked up my new Lexus, and I love everything about it. I still call Andrew to this day with questions and he happily helps me. Many Lexus dealers have gotten away from giving clients a ‘thank you for your business’ gift, but not Kendall. The gift basket has wine and other goodies needed to celebrate your new Lexus. I will be purchasing a used car soon for my son, soon and the only person I trust to help me is Andrew.
