The whole process was quick and painless and I left with a basically brand new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek! We bought a used Toyota Sienna from Kendall Subaru of Eugene. We were blessed to have met Brandon Foo and his team. Buying a car has never been a fun thing for us to do. But I must say that Brandon has a way of making the customer feel comfortable and not pressured. He is efficient and knowledgeable about selling cars. In short he cares about the buyer! Hence he is the manager. His team also consisted of a salesman and finance/paperwork person. The whole process was professional and he actually went the extra mile to make the purchase go smoothly. We would certainly recommend him in a heartbeat!
I went in for the small cover for fuses. I spoke to Victoria who walked me over to the parts department. Not only did they have the replacement item she took the time to install it for me and I was on my way. The best $8.00 I had ever spent along with a lasting impression of Kendall Subaru. My husband agrees that his experience was excellent. I love my Boo and your excellent service provided by Victoria.
Stopped here on a road trip from California up to Washington and had an awesome experience. My service advisor, Tori, was incredibly nice. She gave my dog some treats and pointed out their dog potty area, which was a huge help. I was shocked by how fast the service was, too. They got me in, out, and back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!
