Kendall Honda of Eugene

I just bought a 2026 Prologue from Kendall Honda. I have never experienced a better car purchasing experience in my life. Whenever I have needed help or assistance in the complete buying or post-purchase, the staff have been willing help me to their greatest extent. From Tonie, the salesperson (who has been incredibly helpful), to Cory (sp?) who helped me access the company that will put my Level 2 charger in (his expertise on navigating my phone was invaluable), to Ian who always let me know what was happening with my car when my accessories were added (he always underpromised and over delivered) I could not have worked with a better group of people. If you want a Honda go here!

I have purchased many new and used vehicles from dealerships all over the western United States. Never have I had an experience that was so easy and so trustworthy. Jack at Kendall Honda treated me with kindness and respect from the initial greeting to the final delivery. I will definately purchase more vehicles from Jack and Kendall Honda!

As a first time buyer Nic was so helpful in finding the best car for me. He was super communicative and when the first couple of cars weren’t a great fit, he worked to find me one with everything I wanted. I would highly recommend asking for Nic if you ever find yourself buying a car!

I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a couple recalls, expecting to only get one of them taken care of since the parts were on back order for the other recall. Nicole called me back a couple hours later saying they were able to obtain the parts for the other recall, and took care of both for me!! It was a super happy surprise. They even had a free rental car available for me so I didn’t have to wait for the shuttle. The whole experience was so wonderful. Thank Nicole, and Kendall Honda!

I have been taking my CR-V to Kendall Honda since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Every visit has been great and left me feeling like I was their only client of the day. They have always been clear and honest about the costs. When a piece of their machinery ate one of my tires, Kendall Honda made it good by replacing 2 tires. Jaylynn is an amazing Service Consultant. Jaylynn took the time to give me a quote for several items that needed to be done as my vehicle approached 105k miles. Jaylynn was helpful in getting me scheduled for the immediate needs and also helped me understand the upcoming needs for my vehicle. Because Jaylynn took the time to give me the estimates, I was able to check with another garage and found that Kendall Honda was very competitive in price. I will continue to work with Jaylynn and Kendall Honda.
