Everyone I have dealt with has been kind, understanding, and truly willing to help. When my car stopped working, they quickly helped me get into another vehicle with a lower monthly payment, which made a huge difference for me. I greatly appreciate how they have worked with me through every situation and treated me with respect and compassion. Their customer service is outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Kelly, in one word, phenomenal. She was just as humourous as she was professional. During our short time, being less than 30 minutes total to complete the paperwork, she and I talked as if we were in a coffee shop discussing the beautiful weather. Kelly is a calm and cool vibe, and so was the overall experience of purchasing a vehicle from her lot. I simply picked out the car I wanted, she crunched sum numbers while I took the car 4 a test drive, and I might add sum very fair numbers to be exact 😉, then handed me the keys to my 2016 Kia Soul. Kelly is her name, getting you in the vehicle that matches both your personal and economical needs, is her game.

Kelly was truly amazing. She got us into a 2016 kia forte and it was the smoothest process and she was genuine and wasn’t trying to just sell a car and get a check. She gave me a warranty and made sure everything was set in the car. I highly highly recommend her !!!!

Kelly was an absolute joy to work with. We got approved over the phone on Tuesday, Thursday I came test drove an SUV, and she had me out on the road within 15 minutes after the test drive. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Vehicle broke down on the ride home ! The car lot got it towed to "fix" it .it's been 5 days they are not contacting us when we call we get attitude , the GM, G.W. is being horrible to us ,the rudest person I've ever talked to on the phone talking over me , being condescending, just doesnt care .the way he is being towards us is like we are the ones who did something wrong . I am trying to save you from making a big mistake, I do not recommend this place I would rather ride a bike than have to get a vehicle here at a place where they don't give a crap if you are stranded after taking your money . *the vehicle is sitting on a tow truck for 4 days now because the tow truck is broke down as well. I understand that but what I don't understand is why they have to be so mean , and rude because we want to know updates , who wouldn't? Especially when you need the vehicle to work. I asked if they could loan us something to get to work and that really made him mad . He said it's a used car lot what do you expect ? Uhh I expect it not to break down on the way home ..and I expect or would appreciate a little compassion or at the very least not to be talked to like I'm nothing. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this place and I have proof if anyone would like to see it .
