I had a great experience with Justin and his team. They spent a couple weeks texting back and forth with me until I had time to go in. the office manager was very helpful and helped me find the car that worked best for me. Entire process took an hour and I was leaving a vehicle for trade and leaving with a new vehicle. They do in-house financing and the process was easy and payments are affordable. A few days later, I had an issue with the vehicle. Of course this was on Christmas Eve. The owner called and spoke to me while he was at home with his family. He helped me navigate next steps, we got it towed to his location, and he gave me peace of mind. Ultimately, they had it fixed over the weekend and took care of me from all angles. Absolutely highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are fair, personable and truly have that family-ran business feel. Couldn't recommend enough!

Great experience buying my 2013 Scion XD from Affordable Auto. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and made the whole process easy and stress free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. One thing that really stood out was that I noticed a warning light on the vehicle before I had even decided to purchase it. They immediately went out to check on it and address my concern before I even left the lot. That level of customer service and attention meant a lot to me. I never felt pressured, everything was handled in a timely manner, and they were great to work with from beginning to end. He’s the best in phenomenaland the other sales people they are fantastic as well they work with you.
