OMG! This is a real honest group of people!!! We so appreciate the service we received! I am always skeptical of used car lots but Big Mike's stand behind what they sell!! You have restored my confidence in car lots!! If anyone out there needs a good quality used vehicle this is the place to go!! Thank you so much!! And Brett your awesome!!!
EXCELLENT SERVICE! The staff was so nice and helpful. I really like that they have a service department and will be using them for all my vehicle needs. Big Mike's is my new place for my car purchases.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I bought my car just one month ago, and only five days after purchasing it, the transmission started having problems the warranty did not cover the failed transmission component, so I paid the dealership $756 to repair it. Just 10 days later, the exact same issue came back, and when I contacted them, they refused to even inspect the car. Poor customer service and no accountability for their work. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them or having any repairs done there
