Went in expecting to be denied financing, but was able to get a good amount financed, even though I had a poor credit score! Jeff got us into a nice vehicle with a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty. Unfortunately the cooling system was on the fritz, he swore to make it right and has done everything he has said he would do at no charge to myself. I would highly recommend people who need a decent vehicle financed with a troubled credit history to give them a try. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. customer service was very professional and fast. I applied at 9am and was able to send all documents, and get approved for vehicle with great down payment within 2 hours. Not a long process at all. Liberty Auto Finance came through on a Nissan NV3500 that my family needed in a Pitch, with a large family and a broken down suburban 4 hours away from home. We needed a bigger Vehicle to hold all the kids and me. I had to travel back home for 4 hours, then down to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to pick up the van. They were patient with the timing and difficulties it took me to get down there. Jeff, the salesman, was amazingly kind to work with and communicated very well via text or over the phone. Ben's owner had informed me that several other people were interested in the van. Sometimes it's first-come, first-served. But Jeff, understanding my situation and the need for a larger vehicle to get my family back home from the vacation we were stuck at, was willing to keep the van until I could get down to purchase it. His ability to communicate reassured me and took a ton of stress off my eight-hour trip. We got to the dealership around 3:30 and were able to look over the vehicle and test-drive it. The vehicle was as described, so we purchased it, and I drove it for 4 hours to where my family was on vacation. The vehicle drove great with no issues. Jeff texted me the next day asking how the 4-hour drive went and if my wife liked it? The other staff in the office where also very Kind and professional. I had a great experience with Liberty Auto Finance!

I do not recommend Liberty Auto Finance LLC based on my experience. I lost all trust in this company after what I experienced involving one of its employees, Esmeralda Jimenez. I reported my concerns to management and expected a serious investigation and appropriate action. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed and not handled professionally. Customer trust and ethics should be a priority, and my experience left me questioning both. I would not do business with this company again.
