I will start with this, selling cars, is a business. This is his livelihood and also a way to help people with real problems. It can't be done at a loss, otherwise he will need to close the doors down and not be in business. I flew in from Texas, to Tulsa, OK. Jeff picked me up from the airport and brought me to the car lot. Jeff was to the point and willing to help with questions/ concerns. I was looking at a 2012 Jetta. I signed the paperwork and was driving home, when the motor blew in the car. Now I called Jeff and explained this situation, he told me that he would make it right. Jeff did exactly what he said he would do, he made the purchase right. I was assisted with getting another engine for the vehicle. This happened last November, and I was able to get it all lined out about mid February. This was on my timeline after the engine was sourced and purchased. All of this to conclude, I would purchase another vehicle from Jeff, because he honored what we spoke about when disaster struck. He stood behind his word. For this, Jeff, expect my future business. What a great buying experience. I met with Jeff a week before and decided to get this 2004 Chevy Avalanche. We agreed on a price and few things I would like. Within a few days the truck was ready for pick up. Jeff really goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable.
