Very awesome people, will work with you and understanding. Reliable and affordable, takes trades with or without dp with still nice options of vehicles. Employees are amazing and comfortable to speak with. They want to help, help you and make your wants/needs happen. They won’t just say no, but give you options/alternatives for everyone to be happy in the end. Best dealership I’ve had, will definitely purchase my next vehicle here, which gives motivation for paying off vehicle, literally expressing your desire of credit. They are not out for money, They want customers to be happy & satisfied, love their humanity. 100% worth it.

Me and my boyfriend came to finance a vehicle and we had a really great experience thanks to Noah who helped us. He was very polite and made sure we had all our questions answered. As well and making sure we were okay during the wait time and getting us waters as well. We left that same day with an amazing car that we love!

Edit to answer their reply: The facts as I've stated are exactly what happened. I was never late on payments. I've been in contact with my attorney about the situation, and he's assured me that the facts I've presented are 100% accurate. The vehicle WAS repossessed through no fault of mine, with NO communication from the finance company to me (even when I contacted them MULTIPLE times to find out what was going on) OR my attorney. As of this writing, I have also received paperwork indicating that the car will be resold at some point after May 1st. Nice try. ********** I've waited 2 weeks to post this review to try to calm down enough to remove the emotion. Do not buy from ECA. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger from them in June of 2025 for $23,999. I put $1,000 down, and made biweekly payments if $320. In March of 2026 I had to file bankruptcy. I had indicated that I wanted to reaffirm the car note, and continue making the payments on it. I was, at no time, behind on the payments. (All but one were paid early) I went in to make a payment on Friday (April 10th), and found I could NOT make the payment because the finance company had "locked" my account. At the direction of the sales manager of the dealer, I called in to the finance company only to be told to call my attorney. The following Wednesday (April 15th), I came out of a business I was doing computer work for to find my vehicle was missing. I called the police, thinking it had been stolen. Turns out, it had been repossessed by ECA/AAF and they refused to let me reaffirm the loan. My attorney verified he'd not received any paperwork for reaffirming the note, and they wouldn't provide such. I've now lost over $12,000 between payments, upgrades to the vehicle, and Tag, Title, and License on a vehicle they are going to resell for probably $28,000-$30,000. (As of this writing, they are selling the same make and model at $30,000) This should be illegal. Very shady business practice to treat a customer who was NEVER late on his payments that way. Do not buy from them.
