I waited 2 months before I made this review. I was outgoing from car lot to car lot looking for a car. I was not having good luck anywhere until I stopped here. The lot was a little empty and they did not have anything out there that I wanted. But they told me that they just got a new shipment in the back They haven't even looked at yet If I would like to go check it out. Well of course I did and I ended up liking the car. Because they had not checked it out or anything we test drove it a couple times and identified a few problems that it was having. The man who helped me gave me how much it would cost to fix my car off of the price. I was super worried about the car but I took it to get looked at and they said there was nothing wrong with it. And it's been 2 months and it's still chugging. I'm glad I came here!

I was super nervous on getting put in just anything with this being my first car purchase but I was treated with nothing but respect, all of my questions were answered, and I left the lot completely confident that I’ve made the correct choice. Purchased a Kia Sorento from this place back in 2024 drove it 30 minutes home to discover a blown head gasket the 10 minutes of test drive they allow doesn’t give ample time to really test a vehicle especially to get it up to running temperature they agreed to fix the head gasket took 3 months to get the car back only to drive it another 20 minutes and it’s now jumped timing because when they repaired the head gaskets they had to drill the head bolt holes out and were careless about the metal shavings which clogged up the oil pump causing the cam phasers to not be able to advance and adjust timing while running spend almost 6k on a car we have got to drive for a total of 45 minutes my husband had to order a complete rebuild kit and has the motor pulled out almost completely done with a full rebuild I highly discourage going here we definitely won’t be doing business here anymore seeing as we have close to 10k in a car that worked for 1 day absolutely pathetic no offense to the salesman he was nice but that’s it the mechanic should have done the head gasket properly and all this could have been prevented :Added reply to owner , this review is 1000 percent truthful would you like me to send pics of the car without the engine in it along with the paper tag still on it and faded with your car lot name still on it from January of 2024 you guys need to do better we called to let you know what happened and you said dang that sucks which is why your getting this honest truthful review from us my husband got 3 big handfuls of aluminum shavings out of This Kia 3.3 gdi engines oil pump that Is pictured above. Like I stated before it’s taken 2 years but the car will be done right this time around as for your mechanic he definitely needs to showed a thing or two about how to not cut corners also you have a cat problem in your repair bay one of the seats in the car got clawed up while y’all had it to do the head gasket the first time so don’t come on here and call me a liar saying my review isn’t truthful when you absolutely know it is do better except your wrong doings and change it in the future.

Originally had a good experience. They were nice and respectful. But I Bought a Honda pilot 2003 about 3 weeks ago he promised me it was in good condition and well taken care of. Now I'm sitting on the side of the road because my radiator blew ... Motor fan on passenger side no longer works either ..
