My husband bought a car from here the title came in with the description of a BLACK car. Uhm no sir the car we have is white. Red flag number one. The ac went out 4 days after he drove it off the lot, the machinic said oh it will take 5 days to fix. But wont give us a loaner vehicle. My husband explained my wife is in her third trimester of pregnancy we need ac in this car, they responded with i dont know what to tell you. The car has been going into limp mode was told well make an appointment with service department however they never answer the phone. Today 7-26-26 the hood blew up back toward the windshield without hitting anything and he sent pictures to the guy and was told call service department in morning. They will shut your car off leaving you stranded because none of the employees live close enough to just go turn them back on but they wont send reminder texts or calls or payment due. The day your payment is due if payment isnt paid by 9:01am they shut your car off even if your on the phone with them trying to pay it they will still shut the car off and charge you the fee the turn it back on.. tried to get a loaner car or even a second car while this one was down and all they cared about was the dollar amount down for the car and then turned around in the same breath and said well unfornately your not approved for a second vehicle so i dont know what to tell you. worst car lot in oklahoma by far

My son bought a car from here. He had bought from them before, and found them easy to work with. But this time? He bought it with the understanding that several things would be fixed at their cost. He drove it about 5 days. Took it in to have the repairs done. It was supposed to take a day. He got it back today 21 days or so later with ONE thing fixed. During that time, he had to borrow a car because his livelihood depends on it as he makes deliveries. They said they had no loaner cars. They refused to trade him for another car in the lot. His attorney said as long as they were trying to make repairs in good faith, the lemon law does not apply. They did work with my son as far as selling the car, but they still expect his car payment on time. I think he should have all the time his car was in their shop added to his due date. I wouldn't say don't buy from them, but I would say get every single promise in writing and all repairs, etc. completed before you drive off the lot.

They have you sign papers stating that you will give them the opportunity to fix your vehicle before you try to sue them but you try to schedule an appointment and the mechanic says hes three weeks behind and that they cant fix it in house that they have to take it some place else to have ot worked on then charge you. Then the chuck that works the office acts like everyone is beneath her. Won't buy anything else from them

This company will lock your car for $46 without sending a notice email or call and no voicemail was received … The receptionist Was adamant about leaving that information so I can make the payment of $46 to get my car back to use from them just disable it without a notice. I’m still waiting on a screenshot that the receptionist said that she was send me but most likely, I’m not gonna get it because it’s clearly not true. There is literally no reason to lie. Just have me pay the $46 so I can get my car working again. I’m not sure if they’re hiring people with customer service experience but it seems like it’s a lack in that department, just very unprofessional and even the answers that I got was just ridiculous but I guess that’s what I get for trying to get a vehicle at a reasonable price and from the other reviews clearly that’s not gonna change and they’re gonna look for ways to hustle money out of people and dishonest maybe they just needed that bad

Believe all the negative reviews. I financed a car here for 3 times the value. Misfiring 4 cylinders on day 2. Get it in to the service dept. Get it back. They say they replaced valve cover but it's obvious they just refurbished the old one. It's misfiring on all 4 cylinders and won't start. This place has nothing but snakes willing to take your money but not do anything else for you.
