Justin was very open and honest with us about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very down to earth, friendly, and helpful. He definitely is not the typical car salesman as we didn't feel any pressure at all. He worked with us and gave us a deal we couldn't refuse! Plus the transaction was easy and fast. We were on the road in no time!

Recently purchased a vehicle from H.I.S auto sales he let us know in advance there was an issue with a light and he would take care of it, during the repair they discovered other issues and fixed those as well - going above and beyond for customer satisfactory is what I call excellent service. Job well done guys - Thank You.

Proved to me they have absolutely NO INTEGRITY!! I inquired about a vehicle they had advertised on marketplace. I was treated as if I didn't matter. It took hours to receive a response, I immediately responded when I received a message. I asked if a carfax for the vehicle was available, I was told "no" the $50 for them was too much! I was told he would provide me the VIN and i could run my own. Wow, mind blown, but ok, i was seriously interested. I get ignored again!! FINALLY 10 am the next morning, i send ANOTHER message asking for the VIN. I was finally provided the VIN to do my own research. No mention that someone else may be interested. I EVEN ASKED!! But that message was ignored. No words at all actually, just the VIN. I spent the $50 and immediately reached out stating I was interested in the vehicle. JUSTIN or whomever is answering social media again ignored my messages!! So Im allowing grace for possibility of a busy day, I waited for a response!! AGAIN, finally 6 hours later I ask for a follow up and he marks the vehicle as sold and removes it from marketplace without a single word. The least he could have done since he knew I was interested and contacted him a day prior, he could have told me he's in talks, or at least replied to my message. Sure, it was my choice to pay for the car fax, but this is a HORRIBLE way of conducting business in my opinion. I wouldn't trust a car dealer that has no integrity!! You never actually expect to be treated as if you don't matter when wanting to spend thousands of dollars at a business. TAKE YOUR TRUST AND MONEY ELSEWHERE!! These guys don't give a flip about their customers or potential customers.

My son saved money he made from serving 2 years in military to purchase a car. We came here in hopes to find him a good reliable car to make him back n forth to his training unit to train for an upcoming possible deployment. Justin was the salesman who helped us. We test drove a Kia and was told it had a rebuilt title due to minor damage but ran great. He seemed like a honest man so we trusted him. We unfortunately bought the car and a month later start havin problems. My son had to go on a 2 week training so we parked it til he got back. When he got back we had it looked at to find out that the car had a major engine problem and was a recalled engine that was eligible for a full replacement. We call Kia in hopes to get it replaced but find out due to it having a rebuilt title that it no longer qualifies for the replacement. I had no idea about any of this. So I called Justin in hopes mb they wld do something to make it right. He just kinda gave me the run around about it like it was our fault. Then said he would call his boss and let us know but I hvnt heard back from him. My son is extremely depressed now and doesn’t know what to do at this point. I feel like they knew this and just took his money anyways not giving a crap that it had a bad motor. They never mentioned it or told us this was a very risky buy. More than risky it was a complete lemon buy all around. I guess they thought they should get his military money instead of him and he can just walk to training. Way to give thanks to a troop! Shady people . Please don’t buy here. The car hasn’t went completely out yet but it’s on its way out. I asked my son do u wanna try n sell it befor it doesn’t run at all and try n recoup some of ur money in hopes to buy something else. My son said mom id rather walk then do this to someone else. He has more integrity in his little pinky then these men have combined.
