I had a great experience with Note City Car Lot . My salesperson, Jamel, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. There was a minor hiccup with my vehicle, but he made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Anytime I had questions, he either had the answer right away or called me back as soon as he found out. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Jamel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Note City Car Lot if you're looking for a vehicle and great customer service!
Note city auto sales is a great car lot, had a great experience and we’ll be doing business with them again!
I had a great Experience with Marcus from note city, he was very professional and polite, I ll be doing busy with them again!
I got my car from here i love it , Jp is really helpful answers at anytime i definitely am happy with this place
Do not go to this place I purchased a car here. I didn’t have the car a week and have had to change the alternator battery and I have several other problems. They lied and said it was warranty on the car and it doesn’t cover any thing. Be careful with these small lots. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the owner since I purchased the car.
