I was very happy with Joe Cooper through this last year, or so I thought. Every month when I would get a text payment was due, I paid immediately. But apparently, that meant my payments were late? 13 months later, when I needed a day or so to get my paycheck, their words, "Good morning. Payment will absolutely need to be made today. You have not had one payment made on time. We are unable to allow late payments on account." I spoke with the supervisor this morning and he defended the text. He was condescending and also rude. No rational discussion, or thank you for your business, we appreciate you as a customer paying us through 6 months of unemployment. Teaching careers are unvalued as it is. This company has no empathy nor any consideration of what it's like in our economy. Plus, they said maintenance would be done at the dealership. They do only oil changes. While I was happy to find the car and thought we had a reasonable business relationship, I guess I was wrong. Completely frustrated and disappointed in this dealership.
