Absolutely loveeee Car Factory North. I am on my third vehicle over a span of 6 years, owning 2 and looking to keep growing. All of my vehicles have been reliable and in excellent condition. I went yesterday to see if they had anything I liked, not expecting to drive off in a new car. They make you feel so welcomed. They guide you and help you to grow as a car owner. Great understanding and immaculate communication. Nothing but love here. I’m elated about my new car! The best in the city. Would highly recommended this place. Great lot was in and out the car they sold me did have a major issue with the engine but they helped me out and dealt with it and other issues as well got a deal on it as well a 2013 hyundai sonata (got it right at market value for miles ) thats been a solid car since being fixed by the lot itself 2 months no issues

I had been shopping for a used car for over two months, I was starting to feel pretty hopeless after being turned away from many other cash hungry dealerships. I came across Cash Car Depot accidently and was greeted, in the parking lot, by a welcoming gentleman named Michael. He had a way of making me feel at ease and I could immediately tell that he loved his job and was more interested in helping people than to just making a buck. This was my first time buying a car and I was beginning to feel like my only hope was one of those buy here pay corporate chains that charge twenty thousand dollars for a car worth two. Michael got to work on it immediately, I felt at ease knowing that he was actually interested and even dedicated to making sure I would finally be able to drive away with my very own car. He was professional, thorough and was up front about the whole process; he was not just telling me what I wanted to hear. He was willing to work with me, and set me up with a monthly car payment I can easily afford. He even took the time to help me find an insurance company with decent rates. The entire experience was smooth and I appreciated the human connection. I got a great car at an affordable price and I felt like a valued customer. I bought a vehicle from this car lot, and the vehicle had damages of water pouring in when it rain. The passenger side was 2 inches of rain and the back where I had my nephews seating, got wet also. I called the company for help of the situation, and they told me they couldn't help me. Now they want to charge me for the damage that the rain cause, which that isn't my concern because it was mention to the company on the first time it happen. To begin with before you sale a vehicle, it has to be inspected properly and pass to sell with no damage even if it's use vehicle or new. The sunroof stopped working when the vehicle got wet, because of mother nature, if the vehicle was "inspected properly" before a sale,it shouldn't get wet. If y'all don't know when water starts getting inside pouring it can damage lots of cables from it and mess up unintentionally. When I was living in Oklahoma you all offer to help fix a the problem with the wheels from the front and when I left it there 3 days like I was told, they didn't fix it. The noise was still there when I would run it in the freeway. I left from Oklahoma because I wasn't gonna stay in the streets, after I didn't have a place to stay. I called and asked if I go all the way to Oklahoma can I get another vehicle, because I had more than 6 months with it and y'all said NO.. that I had to have a balance of $2,500 before qualifying for another vehicle.

False advertising. Don't work with all people. And they do not have a good selection of car selections. Do not waste your time with this location. As I surely did.
