I just purchased my second vehicle from Car Source OKC and that's not an accident. I appreciate doing business with Amir, Megan, Ajay and Paul. They make everything a pleasure, straight forward, and simple. I like paying cash and avoiding the finance guy's sales pitch. I really enjoy the variety of vehicles they acquire - foreign and domestic. My only caution is I need to avoid dropping in too often as I'm pressed for garage space and Megan makes spending money too fun and easy. I'll be back.

Guys were very helpful and great at getting us into a car my son wanted within our budget. There were minor things wrong that the fixed before we purchased and offer a 3 month warranty but we extended. We will definitely be back for my other son’s cars when it is time.

The people who work there are friendly, understanding and seem like they genuinely want to help get you in an affordable and reliable car. They did bamboozle us out of about $200 on the tag. I won't buy another car from them. As with any used car lot, just don't be impatient. Do your due diligence to ensure the car you are interested in is running well and doesn't seem to have mechanical or electrical issues.

Me and my brother drove all the way from Texas to purchase a truck. The description that was given of the vehicle was that is was in good condition running smooth with ac. The agreed upon price did not come with the warranty so he ended up paying 1,000 more for it. As soon as we left the lot to fill up to head back to Texas the truck gave out in the intersection. We took it back and the "mechanic" at first was understanding and "trying" to fix everything but couldn't, and started having an attitude when we said the truck did not run good, he then sent it back to the dealership saying it was ready with no check engine light. We made it down the street and the truck was still malfunctioning and the engine light came back on when asked for a refund we were denied at first the owner tried to make it right but charged my brother for all the mechanics work and all the state taxes and the sales rep commission we basically went over to spend 1500$ to fix the truck for them to re-sell and only got a portion back of the money that was spent I highly recommend not to do business with this company for the false advertising they use and for charging to fix a vehicle that they are going to just re-sell and make profit on yall are welcome for fixing the truck for the next person

I WOULD LOVE TO UPDATE THIS POST WITH A RESOLUTION OR MY REFUND!!! I'M DOCUMENTING EVERY AVENUE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM, MANAGER, OR OWNER SOMEONE THAT "HAS AUTHORITY". I spent several hours at this dealership looking at vehicles. Many of the cars had issues that I was told would be addressed before purchase. Megan was very helpful during the process and was clearly managing a lot at once. She was professional and communicative while I was there. After selecting a vehicle, I paid $3,500 toward the purchase. I was told the mechanic was backed up but the vehicle would be ready by Tuesday. The vehicle was never delivered, and I have not received the car, keys, or possession of the vehicle. The only things I received were the contract and receipt. I attempted multiple times to contact the dealership to get an update or request a refund. The person answering the phone claimed not to be anyone of importance and hung up on me twice. Because I was unable to resolve the situation directly with the dealership, I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company. I am still hoping the dealership will communicate and resolve this situation.
